Cancellation Policy
At The Hampton Glow Co., your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, but we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service(s) booked.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
